Last week marked the release of my very first guided meditation, Cosmic Unity and Release of Negative Energy – a practice designed to support emotional clearing, nervous system regulation, and inner steadiness in the face of everyday overwhelm.
The meditation begins with a slow and deliberate body scan, helping you settle into a sense of grounded presence. Through gentle breath cues and hypnotic guidance, you’re invited to relax layer by layer – from the top of your head to the soles of your feet. It’s not about transcendence or escape, and I hope it’s a lot more grounded than the usual YouTube guided meditation. My goal for all of my meditations that they become a kind of “homecoming” for people who just want to settle down into raw, quiet truth.
Once the body has been grounded, and the mind begins to relax, the meditation deepens into a hypnotic induction – one that evokes imagery of golden light, supportive beings (let’s just say from home, and… eh… abroad LOL), plus I throw in an expansive forest clearing (just for good measure). These visualisations aren’t meant to dazzle anyone. They might even sounds a little abstract here and there. But I did consult with a hypnotherapist so that I could blend my own simple methods of recentering, with subtle suggestions that become increasingly effective with repeated use.
This meditation, and all that follow, are designed to be tools for safely exploring your own energy field and for witnessing the subtle emotional residues we all carry. The meditation never rushes but instead encourages a slow unravelling – releasing physical and spiritual grips, stories, and tensions that no longer serve you.
The suggestion phase emphasises empowerment through choice. You’re not forced to change. You’re simply shown how healing begins when we listen to the body, honour the subtle cues, and let go without judgement.
This offering reflects my overall intention: to create meditative experiences that feel accessible, compassionate, and rooted in deep emotional intelligence. Whether you’re new to guided meditation or you’ve been journeying inward for years, I’m offering as a suggestion. Not for perfection, but for connection.

I hope that by posting here any before/after advertising by YouTube (which isn’t my doing) will be avoided. Ah! That is a sign that you might need to more than others. There is only one way to quiet the mind, just repeat the practice of doing it, until it becomes a natural state. It is difficult at first, but it gets easier. And it’s very good for you. Like a well-being boost!
