Release fear of money shortage and cultivation of abundance (432 Hz)

There’s a quiet ache that often accompanies our relationship with money. It’s not always visible in the traditional “numbers” way. But we still feel it. And when we do, it tends to consume us. It can be felt in our bones – Can I really afford this? One wrong move, a job loss, a bad decision… I just can’t afford to risk it.

It shows up as hesitation. Over-caution. Standing in the supermarket aisle, knowing that the large is more cost-effective, but right now, the small is more affordable. There’s always a flicker of uncertainty when making decisions, or a subtle fear that abundance might slip through our fingers. This meditation was born out of one such moment: a viewer reached out with honesty and vulnerability, sharing their experience of feeling locked in scarcity, even during times of relative security. Their story echoed a collective undercurrent. Many people living in the “1st World” but still forced to navigate financial fear. Intellectually, emotionally, and energetically.

In response, I created this meditation as a gentle invitation to rewire that relationship. It doesn’t force change; it opens space. Using soft hypnotic cues and symbolic imagery, the practice guides listeners toward emotional safety and a renewed sense of worth. Through repetition, it works almost like alchemy: the first listen may offer ease, but with continued use, deeper shifts unfold. Listeners begin to notice calmer inner responses when thinking about money, a subtle strengthening of self-trust, and often, spontaneous releases of long-held emotional residue. There’s a growing ability to meet financial matters with clarity instead of contraction.

What’s most beautiful is how these shifts ripple outward. Not just in bank accounts, but in how we receive life itself. This meditation isn’t about bypassing the challenges of money or glamourising wealth; it’s about making space for flow, healing, and the quiet knowing that abundance begins within. For anyone who’s felt tension, guilt, or unease around money, this practice is a grounding tool. One that gently reclaims your right to feel safe, supported, and sovereign.

I remember the days when I would stand in the supermarket aisle, not knowing whether to pick the large or the small. And even days, when it was either milk or bread, but not both. I know there are others. Here is your quiet companion. Available whenever you might like to listen. Released on August 4th, 2025.
